Qualifications

• BE/BC with excellent clinical training.
• Florida Medical license active.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced rheumatologists.
• Interest in academic setting and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive rheumatology care based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other specialties for multidisciplinary care.
• Direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Mentor residents and medical students in an academic institution.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care and a multidisciplinary approach to rheumatologic conditions including gout, lupus, osteoarthritis, Sjogren’s Syndrome, scleroderma, vasculitis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, autoimmune connective tissue disease and other disorders of the musculoskeletal system based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other specialties to provide multidisciplinary, accessible and comprehensive care
• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient and outpatient setting
• Encouraged involvement in medical education through teaching/mentoring medical residents and students as Mount Sinai Medical Center is an academic institution

Qualifications

Degree Requirements:
