Job summary

Cary Rheumatology & Arthritis Associates PA, a physician-owned private practice, seeks a motivated graduating Rheumatology Fellow (2027) or practicing board-certified rheumatologist to join our team in 2027. Outpatient-only, 4 days per week, no hospital call.

We manage 18–20 patients daily in a well-supported clinical setting with Friday and weekend call from home, alternating with another rheumatologist. Competitive salary (DOE/negotiable) and long-term partnership potential.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Rheumatology or already completed.
• Board certified or board eligible in Rheumatology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Long-term interest in private practice and partnership.
• Bilingual skills are an asset, but not mandatory.
