Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Systems Administrator (Cameo Administrator) in Arlington, VA to monitor and maintain Cameo environments, ensure high availability, and support a large user community. The role requires Linux expertise, virtualization, and collaboration with security and engineering teams.

The position emphasizes documentation, agile backlog management in JIRA, and adherence to accreditation standards.

Qualifications

Understand, configure and implement systems using Linux command-line in a cloud environment.
Monitor Cameo systems, maintain the integrity and accessibility of all server resources, hardware, systems, and key processes.
Administer, configure, and troubleshoot user profile issues in a virtual desktop environment.
Create, maintain and update documentation including SOPs and RunBooks, and maintain a backlog of work items in an Agile environment.
Assist Information Systems Security and Engineering teams in implementing measures to ensure compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

Monitor system health and performance; ensure high availability of Cameo services.
Configure and troubleshoot user profiles in the virtual desktop environment.
Maintain documentation and runbooks; manage change requests in JIRA.
Support security teams to comply with accreditation standards and remediation tasks.
Collaborate with PM and government technical leads to align tools and processes.
