Job summary

Pulse Nursing is recruiting a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Crewe for a Band 5 role. You will deliver high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a busy clinical environment.

Required: valid NMC pin and general nursing experience. We offer weekly pay, a £500 refer-a-friend scheme, dedicated consultant support, and the chance to work across community settings to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin.
General nursing experience in a clinical setting.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
