Quirch Foods, LLC in Alabama is seeking a warehouse picker to support timely order fulfillment. You will obtain items from pick tickets using an RF scanner, organize and palletize shipments, and ensure FIFO practices are followed.

You must be at least 18, able to read and communicate in English, and able to lift up to 100 pounds in a cold warehouse. The role requires punctuality, reliability, and safe handling of products; training for forklift and scanner use is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English to perform job tasks.
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment with training.
• Ability to lift 20–100 pounds.
• Work in a cold environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions and pick items from a pick ticket.
• Use an RF scanner to input, organize, and export products.
• Identify and pick cases from inventory locations.
• Pick, palletize, wrap and scan orders using FIFO.
• Stack products on pallets for shipment.
• Return undelivered product to inventory locations.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.
• Observe safe handling techniques.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Other duties as assigned.
