Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a General Warehouse Person to perform tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to the stores that service our customers. Responsibilities include receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise, with RF scanning and inventory updates to ensure accuracy.

You must be able to stand 8–10 hours, push, pull, bend and lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible overtime shift. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

• Respect for safety and quality standards in a distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to Walgreens stores.
• Tracks inbound and outbound items using RF scanning for inventory accountability.
• Verifies orders and enters data into the inventory management system.
• Maintains a clean, safe distribution center environment and ensures work areas are orderly.
