Job summary

Pacific Network Solutions is seeking an RF Foreman to oversee daily telecom site operations, ensure adherence to schedules and specifications, and lead crew members with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
  • Oversee daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
  • Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and crew, including site-specific closeout documentation.
  • Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership.
  • Ensure safety and quality control requirements are met at all times.
  • Compile and upload site-specific closeout documentation to customer interfaces.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives for site-related activities, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to all crew members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition at all times.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for job assignments.

DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Work performed at significant heights, requiring ability and comfort with climbing towers, lifting heavy equipment, and working in elevated positions using climbing gear and safety equipment.
  • This position operates at professional construction sites, requiring the ability to communicate verbally with others on site, in person and over the telephone, ability to read printed materials, signs and directions, stamina to maintain attention despite interruptions, ability to lift, climb with, push, pull, carry, handle or feel objects, supplies, tools, machinery and/or controls weighing up to 50 pounds and reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, ladders and/or towers; balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift overhead, traverse around sites, in the air, or otherwise position one's self around the required work and safety requirements to navigating and perform activities on various construction sites in a safe manner.
  • Will be required to work on project sites and operate vehicles, trailers, machinery, equipment, and other tools within local, state, and federal safety guidelines.
  • This position operates in a professional field environment. The position requires working outside, frequently for extended periods of time in all weather, including extreme hot and cold temperatures, wind and rain.
  • While working, the employee might be exposed to various chemicals, vapors, pollutants, virus or other air‑borne pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles or machines and dust/debris.
EXPECTED POSITION HOURS
  • This is a full-time position. Overtime may be required as job duties demand, and with prior approval.
  • Must be able to work weekends, overnight, out of the market or away from home and willingness to travel overnight as work demands.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
  • Certifications in First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading, understanding, and constructing according to Construction Drawings (CDs) and RF Data Sheets to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
  • Expertise in assembling antenna sector frames, antennas, RRU/RRH (Remote Radio Units/Remote Radio Heads), Power and Fiber Distribution system to industry standards.
  • Skilled in installing coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks, and making coax connections to ensure reliable RF signal transmission.
  • Proficient in PIM and Sweep Testing.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with company motor vehicle policy.
  • Ability to create a safe work environment with acceptable quality and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teaching and training proper work and safety procedures.
  • Capable of tower climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and occasionally working up to 12 hours.
  • Successful completion of pre‑employment drug (including marijuana) and background screening.
  • Local to the market.
Certifications, Licenses, and other Requirements
  • Minimum age of 21 years old.
  • Mandatory possession of a current valid Driver's License; CDL is advantageous.
  • Clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to be covered by company auto Insurance.
  • Successful completion and clearance of a pre‑employment drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $36.00
