Qualifications

  • Extensive RF test and measurement science background including power, S-parameters, noise figure and related RF/mmW test metrics.
  • Proficient RF/microwave fundamentals with knowledge of passive components, MMICs and RF design basics.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Visual Basic, LabVIEW, and MATLAB.
  • Eligible to obtain a DOD secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design engineering to identify and resolve production issues or design deficiencies.
  • Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity.
  • Analyze test data and trends, perform failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Guide successful completion of production programs and lead projects where needed.
  • Apply extensive RF/mmWave test and radar systems engineering expertise.

THE WORK

Lockheed Martin Moorestown is seeking a highly motivated RF Test Technical Specialist Sr to support RF/millimeter wave test and development of advanced technology in our Microelectronics Center. In this role you will be performing test integration, TR Module\RF radar sub-system design verification testing, micro-electronics troubleshooting and failure analysis as part of a highly skilled test engineering team.

This exciting role offers great opportunity for growth and maturity on cutting edge technologies and advanced packaging for Next Generation Radar Development.

  • Collaborate with design engineering on critical programs to quickly identify and resolve production issues or design deficiencies.
  • Develops technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
  • Analyze test data and trends, perform failure analysis, implement corrective actions.
  • Guide the successful completion of production programs and perform in a project leadership role. Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives.
  • Apply extensive technical expertise with knowledge of related disciplines and solid state radar systems engineering.
  • Support testing and development of Next Generation Radar technology.

Please Note: This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive RF test and measurement science background inclusive of measurement techniques for power, s-parameters, noise figure and other crucial RF/mmW test parameters.
  • Proficient understanding of RF/ Microwave fundamentals such as passive and RF components, MMIC technologies, and power, digital and analog circuit design.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Visual Basic, LabVIEW, and MATLAB.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
  • Candidate must be eligible to obtain a DOD secret clearance and be able to obtain at least an interim secret security clearance before starting the position. US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills
  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering plus 3 years of related experience, or an Associates Degree and 5 years of related experience.
  • Extensive test experience preferred in a production test environment. Thorough understanding/appreciation of manufacturing demands/expectations. Includes emphasis on automation and robotics, test integrations, fixture designs and custom test interfaces.
  • Knowledge of radar principles.
  • Experience with RF hardware design\integration and measurement system programming.
  • Familiarity with advanced automation and mechanical test fixture designs.
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
