Job summary

Skyworks, a leading high-performance analog semiconductor company, offers a Co-op opportunity in its engineering test team. You will test RF front-end modules, configure test stations, analyze data, and prepare reports while collaborating with experienced engineers.

You must be enrolled in electrical engineering and available for a 6-month term (Winter/Spring 2027). Pay ranges from USD 29 to 49 per hour, with starting pay depending on education level and location.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in electrical engineering pursuing BS or MS degree (will not consider graduated students).
• Must be available to do a Co-Op term of 6 months prior to graduation within Winter/Spring 2027 (January 2027 - June 2027).
• Familiarity with RF bench testing.
• Must be proactive and improve test benches and provide feedback for test procedures and test program.
• Knowledge of RF test equipment: multimeter, Oscilloscope, Signal Generators, Network analyzers, spectrum analyzer, etc.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand schematics and diagrams.
• Must have a team-oriented attitude, accountability and ownership.
• Understanding of RF Technology.

Responsibilities

• Working to test RF products such as LNA, RF switches, filters, Couplers, and integrated front-end modules.
• Measuring RF products' performance across supply, temperature, and frequency.
• Creating compliance matrices against spec, plotting results and analyzing data.
• Participating and presenting in data reviews.
• Troubleshooting and resolving test/bench or technical issues.
• Collaborating with other engineers and technicians.
