Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction, VT seeks an integration engineer with RF technology development expertise to join the RF team. You will drive FEOL/BEOL integration, optimize processes using DOE methods and yield learning, and mentor junior engineers across cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and qualify FEOL and BEOL devices and processes.
• Drive integration optimization using DOE methodologies, statistical analysis, and yield learning techniques.
• Own and drive technical process problem solving.
• Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.
• Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.
• Establish integration checkpoints, performance metrics, and technical success criteria.
• Drive continuous innovation through novel integration schemes, methodologies, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional development programs.
• Perform all activities safely and comply with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
