Job summary

L3Harris Space Systems seeks an experienced SI&T Specialist to support spacecraft integration, verification, and validation at Palm Bay, FL. This on-site role involves end-to-end RF analysis, configuring hardware/software systems for lab and field tests, and delivering complex RF-based solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on RF, satellite communications, GPS, and EW experience, plus the ability to train users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years of related experience; graduate degree adds 2+ years
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer/field locations and system deliveries

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end RF chain analysis to support system integration, test, and verification
• Set up and document hardware/software systems for lab, field, and customer tests
• Execute lab testing, debugging, verification, and validation of RF/communications systems
• Configure and support Cisco networking equipment and SNMP/VLAN configurations
• Lead small, multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced integration and test environments
• Interface with customers and senior leadership to communicate status and issues
