Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in electrical or computer engineering with RF/microwave emphasis.
• Coursework in RF/microwave circuit design, antenna theory, DSP and electromagnetics.
• 0–3 years of experience in communications or RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute system integration and testing activities for advanced communications platforms.
• Perform hands-on integration of hardware and software subsystems, identifying and resolving interface and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define integration requirements and address technical challenges.
• Conduct system-level testing in lab environments as well as field or OTA testing scenarios.
• Analyze test results and provide documentation, reports, and actionable recommendations.
• Track and communicate integration progress and status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and procedures to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Support system verification, validation, and acceptance testing efforts.
