Job summary

Hermeus Corporation seeks an RF systems engineer to identify RF hardware requirements, create system architectures, and build/test/integrate RF solutions for aircraft and ground stations. This role demands strong fundamentals, broad design experience, and efficient troubleshooting within a multi-disciplinary team of engineering, manufacturing, and quality professionals.

You will simulate RF hardware, define hardware interfaces, lead end-to-end validation, and work with suppliers and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years of professional experience designing and testing RF hardware and systems.
• Experience with RF/Antenna systems in multiple bands (L/S/C/Ku/Ka).

Responsibilities

• Simulate and model RF hardware for communications and sensors.
• Develop test concepts and procedures for RF environmental testing.
• Define hardware architecture and specifications for RF system blocks; design, build and test microwave circuits.
• End-to-end design validation and testing of RF product performance; lead troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to procure and integrate RF modules into aircraft.
• Analyze data, generate documentation, and present results to the team.
