Job summary

Sonos is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering co-op to work in Boston for January–June 2027. You will collaborate with hardware and software engineers to develop RF test solutions and support regulatory testing.

The role involves designing tests for radio systems, developing Python software to analyze data, and documenting test processes. On-site, full-time with a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university with a focus on Electrical Engineering.
• Available for full-time co-op January–June 2027.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to develop RF test solutions.
• Design, develop and implement tests for radio system characterization and regulatory testing.
• Develop Python test software to collect and analyze large data sets.
• Create technical documentation including test specs, flow, hardware drawings, and release notes.
• Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency, yield, test time and processes.
