Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Software Engineer to support advanced situational awareness and multi-domain operations programs. The role focuses on RF and signal processing system design, analysis, and integration to enable battlefield awareness and spectrum management.

You will work with engineers, analysts, and operators to integrate data from sensors, radar, and communications to provide actionable intelligence and operational advantage. Requires DoD program experience and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field required.
• Experience with modern programming languages and software development.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software features of moderate complexity with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and QA to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug across development and test environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation including design notes and API references.
• Support integration, deployment, and CI/CD activities as part of the lifecycle.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for quality.
