Job summary

Vantor is seeking an RF SIGINT Collection Analyst to support a well-established customer on a critical, high-visibility mission. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.

You will perform signals analysis, assess collection platforms, and develop collection strategies, writing operations concepts and procedures. This role requires collaboration with government counterparts and an ability to convey complex analyses to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, or engineering (or four additional years of relevant experience).
• Recent experience performing link-budget analysis and developing collection strategies.
• Knowledge of advanced conventional weapons systems.
• Experience with link-budget analysis tools such as MATLAB, Integrasys, Pasternack, Qorvo, RFCLB, Cadence.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate highly technical analyses to laypeople and senior-level government representatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Significant experience (within last two years) performing link‑budget analysis and collection strategy.
• Knowledge of advanced conventional weapons systems.
• Experience with link‑budget analysis tools such as MATLAB, Integrasys, Pasternack, Qorvo, RFCLB, Cadence or similar applications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate highly technical analyses to laypeople and senior‑level government representatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Published or authored collection strategy reports.
• Advanced degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience in DoD/IC signals analysis.
• Experience working on SAP programs.
• Experience gaining on‑site at a government customer location.
• Experience working in DoD/IC.

Pay Transparency

• The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is $99,000.00–$132,000.00–$145,200.00 annually.
