Job&Talent in Dallas is seeking a Picker / Packer to support fulfillment for personal care and fragrance products. You will locate items using RF scanners, pack securely, and prep shipments for dispatch on a four-day schedule with Fridays off.

This role offers 17 USD per hour, weekly direct deposit, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision. On-site support and opportunities for permanent placement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch on concrete surfaces during a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Locate and select items using RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Inspect, wrap, and pack delicate retail products into shipping cartons to prevent damage.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and codes against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Print and apply shipping labels and route completed boxes to staging areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, assisting with restocking and debris removal.
