Integrated Solutions for Systems, Inc. seeks a PCB Designer to join a team developing advanced hardware for mission-critical applications. You will contribute to PCB design, analysis, and testing, ensuring integration with other system components and compliance with military standards.

Applicants should have a strong foundation in electrical engineering, experience with PCB layout tools, and the ability to obtain U.S. citizenship-based security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• At least one year of professional experience or three years without a Bachelor's degree.
• Fundamental understanding of electrical circuits.
• Familiarity with military standards and specifications related to hardware design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship per 8 U.S.C. 1324(a)(2)(C) and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Determine layer stack up, component selection and placement, and routing of analog, digital, RF, and/or high‑power signals.
• Design and develop RF and high‑speed electronics for sensing, communication, and other equipment.
• Design and develop power electronics and high‑voltage systems for military applications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, analysis, and simulation for new hardware designs, ensuring compliance with military standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Generate detailed hardware specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts for advanced hardware boards.
• Perform prototype testing, troubleshooting, and validation of circuit boards.
• Maintain component and design libraries.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
