Job summary

Teledyne Microwave Solutions seeks an experienced RF leader to head engineering teams and drive design excellence across multiple projects. You will develop RF system architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and QA teams to deliver mission-critical microwave systems.

The role requires a strong background in RF design, regulatory compliance, and leadership, with an emphasis on delivering high-performance RF solutions for aerospace and defense

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) is required.
  • 10+ years of RF engineering experience, including leadership roles, required.
  • Expertise with RF simulation tools, test equipment, and design methodologies required.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards (FCC, ITAR) required.
  • Proficiency in RF design software (HFSS, ADS, CST, MATLAB) required.
  • U.S. citizen and ability to obtain government security clearance required.

Salary Range: $221,900.00-$295,800.000. The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
