Requires 15+ years in RF/microwave, strong leadership, and expertise with tools such as MWO, ADS, HFSS, and CST. Onsite location with travel as needed; competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of RF & microwave industry experience.
• Experience with Mixed Signal & Direct-RF products a plus.
• Proven experience managing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF & microwave design engineering team for aerospace/defense products.
• Oversee bids, proposals, design releases and production transfers.
• Develop and mentor staff; drive on-time project execution.
• Lead design reviews and communicate with leadership and customers.
