Job summary

NuWaves in Middletown, OH is seeking an RF and Microwave Design Engineer to support DoD-focused products. You will design RF/MW circuits (PA through C‑Band), RF upconverters/downconverters, filters, and LNAs, and you should possess strong technical writing skills.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of RF design experience and a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in EE/EET, with the ability to work in an integrated product team and contribute to proposals and technical papers.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years RF design experience required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in EE or related field
• Knowledge of RF/MW circuits including power amplifiers, up/downconverters, filters, and LNAs preferred

Responsibilities

• Work within an integrated product team to design high-performance RF circuitry.
• Lead the design of RF/MW components within 12 months.
• Support the writing of technical proposals, status reports, and papers within 4 months.
• Familiarize with NuWaves’ Quality Management System and contribute to system improvements within 60 days
