Exegistics Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler II to join our Indianapolis warehouse team. You will receive, verify, stock, and move products with RF scanners and material-handling equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, quality control, and timely processing in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, breaking down stock, putting items away, and supporting safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have warehouse or material handling experience.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems.
• Able to read and interpret documentation and product specs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process vendor and customer return products.
• Use an RF scanner/device to verify product, quantity, and storage location.
• Compare received products against documentation to confirm product description, quantity, packaging, and expiration dates when applicable.
• Identify and report damaged products, shortages, overages, or other discrepancies.
• Break down received products into the correct selling or stocking units.
• Put products away in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate manual and motorized material-handling equipment as required.
• Move damaged inventory to the appropriate designated area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Participate in special projects and other warehouse duties as assigned.
