Job summary

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering MS/PhD program.
  • Commitment to work onsite in Greensboro for 6 months.
  • Strong interest in RF/microwave engineering, electromagnetics, or RF MEMS.
  • Hands-on lab experience with RF instruments and measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineers to design/develop RF filters for multi-chip modules.
  • Design BAW/SAW based duplexers, quadplexers and other RF filters for cellular handset apps.
  • EM modeling of filters using HFSS, Mechanical, ADS, Momentum.
  • Integrate filters with RF switches for carrier aggregation.
  • Design evaluation boards and RF modules for performance.
  • Participate and present in design reviews.
  • Assemble, measure, deembed, and report on filter performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design or technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and technicians.
