Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking Field Service Technicians to support a leading wireless organization across onsite locations in Columbia, MD and nearby sites. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot RF/wireless systems for DoD and commercial clients.

Expect 2–3+ years of relevant experience, ability to read schematics, basic TCP/IP knowledge, and travel as needed. Valid driver's license and experience with radio equipment brands are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of relevant technical experience preferred, including military communications, electronics, RF, low-voltage installation, telecommunications, or two-way radio
• Experience with wireless communications, electronics, cabling, antennas, or related systems
• Familiarity with UHF/VHF, RF, two-way radio systems, or communications equipment
• Ability to read basic schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles preferred
• Experience with Motorola, Kenwood, ICOM, Harris, EF Johnson, or other radio manufacturers is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to support regional/overnight travel and on-call requirements as needed

• Total compensation based on experience level - $57,000-$72,000+ **based on experience level**
