Job Description

RF engineers needed for LTE design projects in TX

Qualifications
  • Design experience in UMTS/HDSPA design and/or LTE design.
  • Minimum 10 years of RF design experience, 5+ in UMTS/LTE.
  • Atoll tool experience strongly encouraged, but not required if proficiency can be shown in other tools.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have understanding of LTE fundamentals - link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI’s, etc.
  • Must have significant experience using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools.
  • Understand plumbing diagrams and able to create them (diplexers, duplexers).
  • Excellent understanding of the Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc.).
  • Must be willing to travel within the US, lead a team, and work without supervision if necessary.
  • Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and develop plans to address them.
