Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Texas is seeking an RF Engineer III to lead design, development, and testing of advanced RF systems for aerospace and defense applications.

You will model RF front-end performance, perform E3 analyses, and prepare E3IAR, EMICP, EMITP, and EMITR documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a bachelor's in EE and 6+ years of RF experience; related degrees may substitute; relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of RF/E3 engineering experience.
• Higher level degree may substitute for experience.
• Proficiency in RF/E3 design and testing techniques.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and testing of RF systems for aerospace and defense.
• Perform E3 analyses and compile reports such as E3IAR/EMICP/EMITP/EMITR.
• Support MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-461 allocations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and test plans.
