Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking an RF Engineer to design, build, and troubleshoot cutting-edge RF solutions for power delivery and plasma generation in our Etch and Deposition products.

You will specialize in RF power sources and generator designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate RF modules into wafer fabrication equipment. A minimum of 5 years (or 3 years with a Master’s) is required, with a strong background in RF design and testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years with a Master’s; or PhD with relevant experience.
• Strong RF design and power delivery circuit knowledge required.
• Experience troubleshooting RF systems in semiconductor equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and troubleshoot RF solutions for power delivery and plasma generation in Lam’s Etch and Deposition products.
• Develop innovative RF generator designs and validate performance with test equipment.

Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
