Base pay: $50.00/hr - $51.00/hr

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• Expertise in RF front-end components, link budget analysis, and digital modulation schemes.
• Proficiency in RF Transmitters and Receiver Parametric Testing for LTE, WCDMA, and GSM.
• Experience with receiver desensitization measurements, noise profiling, coexistence measurements, and testing.
• Competence in RF Calibration and verification of modem RF front‑end.
• Hands‑on experience with RF Equipment such as Wireless Communication Tester (CMW-500, MT8820, UXM Series), Signal analyzers (PXA, FSW), VNA, and power meters.
• Strong knowledge of communication theory, wireless systems, propagation considerations, signal processing, and analog and digital filtering.
• Ability to perform RF Test & measurement data analysis and debug.
• Familiarity with 3GPP Specification for RF conformance (GSM, WCDMA, LTE & 5G‑NR) including 36.101, 36.521.xx, 25.101/102, etc.
• Experience with RF Station Calibration.
• Proficiency with QC Tools such as QPST, PCAT QUTS, QDART Tools, and QXDM.

Good to Have

• Experience with QXDM log analysis and QSPR Scripting.
• Knowledge of RF Transmitters and Receiver Parametric Testing for 5G‑NR FR1 (sub6) and FR2 (millimeter wave) Bands.
• Understanding of cellular call flow and protocol.
• Automation/Scripting knowledge in LabVIEW, PowerShell, Python, and Perl.
