Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electronics Technician in Patterson, NY to support assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of RF and electronic components used in aerospace, military, and defense radar systems. This hands-on role requires working closely with engineering and production teams on complex electro-mechanical devices.

The candidate will read schematics and CAD drawings, operate RF test equipment, and document test results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of component-level troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PCBs, couplers, and RF assemblies.
• Diagnose and repair analog and digital circuits at component level.
• Verify product performance through testing and inspection.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Maintain records of repairs and testing.
