Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience or associate degree with related experience.
• Experience in hand soldering, electronic/mechanical assembly, and IPC standards.
• Familiarity with RF testing and troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of components, wiring, and assemblies per workmanship standards.
• Assemble components and cable assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Inspect work for quality and IPC-A-610 / IPC/WHMA-A-620 compliance.
• Support prototype, development, and production builds.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, validation, and rework as needed.
• Maintain records of work, test results, and issues.
• Follow safety, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
