Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Reno/Sparks, NV to verify inbound items, sort stock, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will rotate stock by expiration date, learn RF technology, and assist with Receiving and Picking while supporting special projects.

A high school diploma is preferred; attention to detail and solid computer skills are essential. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, work in a temperature-controlled environment, and comply with all safety

Qualifications

Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
Ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to read fine print and differentiate products by size, color, and vendor code.

Responsibilities

Verify received items against description, quantity, packaging unit, and expiration date.
Break down products into selling units and place in correct stocking locations.
Note discrepancies and escalate to supervisor as appropriate.
Rotate stock to respect expiration dates and learn RF technology.
Participate in Receiving and Picking; support special projects as required.
Adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards.
