Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking an Assembly B to conduct tests on RF and digital PCBs and subassemblies. You will log test data in technical databases, troubleshoot when needed, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to maintain quality and productivity throughout long 10-hour shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 0–4 years experience; electronics background and customer-focused mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years prior experience or 2-year degree
• Ability to log information in technical databases
• Capable of working in a fast-paced production environment

Responsibilities

• Follows Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) to perform tests on RF or digital PCBs/subassemblies/end products
• Uses hand tools such as torque wrenches
• Maintains consistent quality and productivity levels
• Uses Microsoft Office programs
• Identifies problems and contributes to process improvements
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Works as part of a team and collaborates to accomplish tasks
• Traversing across the production floor for the shift (up to 12 hours)
• Able to transport up to 25 lbs
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to work overtime as needed
