Job summary

NexGen Tech Solutions in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an experienced RF/Analog/Digital Subsystems Engineer to design, prototype, and test RF, analog, and digital subsystems for wireless products. You will collaborate across engineering teams to deliver robust hardware suitable for FCC/ETSI/IC certification.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering is required.
RF and digital design experience with RF up to 28 GHz preferred.
Experience with regulatory requirements and certification for wireless devices (FCC/ETSI/IC).
Solid PCB design grasp: impedance control, stackup, routing constraints.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, prototype and test RF, analog, and digital subsystems.
Provide manufacturing support during development and production.
Drive agency certification work for US and international markets for licensed/unlicensed spectrum products.
Provide sustaining engineering to debug field issues and improve manufacturability, cost, and quality.
