Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a real-time, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
As a Mission Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for both lab & field integration and test of payloads, subcomponents, amplifiers, and antennas. You will leverage your expertise in electronics/RF design, testing, and troubleshooting to rapidly test & integrate both internal and third‑party built RF systems. You will develop test set‑ups that allow for the validation of device performance using state‑of‑the‑art RF equipment, such as spectrum and network analyzers. You will support flight test events and large‑scale, customer facing validation exercises. This will require taking ownership of end‑to‑end system test and working across various Anduril internal teams to appropriately integrate capabilities. If you are someone who enjoys building and delivering compelling next‑generation autonomous capabilities and supporting actual vehicle integration, then this role is for you.
