Apple Inc. in Sunnyvale is seeking a self-motivated Electrical Engineer for an AMS Design Engineer role. You will work on leading-edge analog/mixed-signal IC design for Apple Silicon, delivering transistor-level implementations and ensuring performance meets specifications.

Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong device physics knowledge for analog IC design.
- Experience delivering silicon IPs with complete architecture, design, verification and validation.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct transistor-level feasibility studies for Analog/Mixed-Signal blocks.
- Design blocks and document simulations and verification for design reviews.
- Drive mask design and layout review processes for designs.
- Run post-layout/top-level simulations to verify integration.
- Define production and bench-level test plans.
- Take lab measurements to validate performance against specs.
- Review yield and lab test results for bug fixes.
