Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking an RF Analog Design Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama, to develop RF and mixed-signal hardware for mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.

You will design front-end architectures, optimize signal paths, and collaborate with FPGA, PCB, and software teams to bring products from concept to production, ensuring high performance and reliability across land, sea, air, and space environments.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience designing RF and mixed-signal hardware through full lifecycle.
• Experience with RF circuits up to 18 GHz (30 GHz preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design RF front-end and mixed-signal architectures for high-performance embedded systems.
• Develop analog signal chains, ADC/DAC interfaces, clocking, synchronization, and low-noise power designs.
• Take products from concept through schematic design, hardware validation, and production.

As an RF Analog Design Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing next-generation RF and mixed-signal hardware used in mission-critical applications across land, sea, air, and space.

What You'll Do

• Design RF front-end and mixed-signal architectures for high-performance embedded systems
• Develop analog signal chains, ADC/DAC interfaces, clocking, synchronization, and low-noise power designs
• Take products from concept through schematic design, hardware validation, and production
• Collaborate with FPGA, PCB layout, embedded software, and systems engineering teams
• Solve challenging RF, signal integrity, and mixed-signal design problems

What We're Looking For

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong experience designing RF and mixed-signal hardware through the full product lifecycle
• Expertise in RF design, filtering, impedance matching, signal integrity, and high-speed converter integration
• Experience with RF circuits up to 18 GHz (30 GHz preferred)
• Hands-on lab experience with RF test equipment
• Background in defense, aerospace, radar, communications, or embedded computing is highly desirable
• RFSoC/Xilinx experience is a plus
