YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Each day, you service the Polk County, Florida area.

As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you'll play an essential role in helping homeowners maximize the performance and lifespan of their HVAC systems. Your day may begin with preventive maintenance inspections, followed by cleaning the condenser and evaporator coils and air filters to keep equipment operating efficiently. Along the way, you'll diagnose common problems such as poor airflow or thermostat issues, complete minor repairs, answer homeowner questions about energy efficiency and system operation, and provide clear recommendations based on your findings. You'll also maintain detailed documentation and service records that ensure accuracy, consistency, and excellent service across every customer interaction.
