Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Rework Technician to support the Augusta, GA production line. You will diagnose non-conformances, disassemble and reassemble components, and verify repairs on carts and engines to keep output at peak performance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience, and the ability to read blueprints.

• Assure confidentiality and security of sensitive designs, costing, test data, prototype models, and product plans.
• Identify new products and features that improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and keep the production line at the forefront of the industry.
• Disassemble and assemble engines without damaging or losing components.
• Ride and evaluate carts to assess performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or ACT WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) at the Bronze level or higher.

Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required

Additional Requirements: ASE certification is a plus, ability to read blueprints.
