Hoover Architectural Solutions (HAS) in Eastman, GA is seeking a Rework Operator for the night shift. The position runs on a 12-hour shift from 7pm to 7am, with a 36–48 hour work week and a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

The primary function is to rework and recycle scrapped production material, including counts, measurements, and documentation. Training covers procedures, on-the-job training, and shadowing incumbent operators.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Must have 1 year of prior work experience.
• Must pass all company physicals including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Completes checklists, reports, and logs as needed.
• Adheres to housekeeping requirements for the work area.

• Works effectively as a team member.

Hoover Architectural Solutions (HAS) in Eastman, GA is looking to fill a Rework Operator position on night shift. Rework operators will work 36-48 hours per week, on a 12-hour shift. Hours are 7pm-7am. The pay for this position is $18.50/hour. The primary function is to rework and recycle scrapped production material.

Main Functions include:

• Counts, measures and records material recycled


• Loads and unloads material via mobile equipment (walk behind)


• Ability to read and understand terminology on required paperwork


• Completes checklists, reports and logs as needed


• Adheres to housekeeping requirements for work area


• Make recommendations to leadership for improvements in work methods and/or safety procedures


• Adheres to HAS policy and safety rules, regulations and procedures


• Work effectively and productively as member of a team


• Training includes procedures, instructions, on the job training and shadowing incumbent operators

Physical Demands include:

• Meet or exceed 20/40 vision in each eye and bilaterally (visual acuity standards in line with DOT Regs. and ability to obtain Mobile Equipment Certification Operation.)


• Push, Pull and Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.


• Bending - no more than 45-degree angle.


• Squatting - no more than 45-degree angle.


• Standing/Sitting is flexible, no more than up to 1 hour at a time to perform checks.
