ProAmpac, based in Wisconsin, seeks a Rewind Assistant for the Rewind Department. You will assist with machine setup, feed materials, monitor operations, and help with minor maintenance while upholding safety and cleanliness. You will support shift changes and document production logs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic mechanical and math skills, and reliability within a rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented position at a global packaging leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical and math skills expected.
• Strong attention to detail and team-focused attitude.
• Experience with rewinding equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
• Supply raw materials or components for the rewinder.
• Monitor rewinder machine operations and performance.
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs under supervision.
• Fill in or run the machine during shift changes as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Complete production logs or reports for documentation.
