ProAmpac is seeking a Rewind Assistant for the Rewind Department in Wisconsin. Responsibilities include setting up machines, supplying materials, monitoring operations, and assisting with routine maintenance. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience with rewinding equipment is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical and math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with machine setup and operation.
  • Supply raw materials or components for the rewinder as needed.
  • Monitor rewinder machine operations.
  • Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs under supervision.
  • Fill in or run the machine during shift changes as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Complete production logs or reports for documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments as required.
  • Transport product using forklift/clamp trucks.
