Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to partner with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. You will own models, pipelines and dashboards end‑to‑end, delivering data storytelling that influences business decisions.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, data quality, and regular executive reporting. Strong SQL, Snowflake and Power BI skills are required, with Python as a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
  • 4–5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • At least four years of advanced SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
  • Advanced experience using Snowflake for analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle OLFM.
  • Minimum two years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills with multiple deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating with delivery teams across time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Passion for visualization, analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Preferred: Experience with Python.
  • Preferred: Experience with Snowflake Intelligence / Agentic AI.
  • Preferred: Experience with marketing campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and external partners to understand business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Own the Sales Coverage Model, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy, client hierarchy management, and prioritization modeling.
  • Lead renewals campaign data and forecasting for the Inside Sales team.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries (Snowflake and SQL Server), stored procedures, and data pipelines (SSIS) to support reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, sources, and reports.
  • Build, optimize, and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting assets using multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Establish a regular cadence of insights delivery to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for data models, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and secure executive buy‑in.
  • Passion for visualization, analysis, and championing data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Preferred: Experience with Python.
  • Preferred: Experience with Snowflake Intelligence / Agentic AI.
  • Preferred: Experience with marketing campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization, including familiarity with key marketing terminology.
Compensation

The base range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000 per year, with actual pay dependent on skills and experience.

Location

This is a U.S.-based role. The position can be fully remote (anywhere in the U.S.) or hybrid, depending on proximity to Shelton, CT.
