Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in accounting operations, billing, reporting, or data analysis.
• Experience with ERP, billing, or customer-information systems.

Responsibilities

• Audit pricing data for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Create and improve reports, trackers, and dashboards for performance.
• Monitor key metrics and share insights with leadership and partners.
• Serve as SME for escalations; research root causes and coordinate resolution.
• Document and maintain accounting processes for consistency and training.
• Collaborate across departments to gather information and resolve issues.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and provide admin support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting quality.
