Boulder, CO | Full-time | Office-first
The Revenue Operations team sits at the heart of SumUp's go-to-market engine in the US, keeping the systems, data, and processes that power sales teams running smoothly and evolving quickly. We're part of the newly formed GTM Data & Commercial Operations team, which means there's real scope to shape how we work, not just maintain what exists. This role is central to that — you'll be the person sales leaders rely on to keep tools optimized, processes sharp, and new initiatives moving forward.
Manage and maintain our core sales tech stack — including Salesforce, LeanData, Gong, Nooks, SMS Magic, Leadbeam, and Chili Piper — optimising each tool for reliable, meaningful data
Own lead management and distribution end-to-end, ensuring the right leads reach the right reps at the right time
Build and improve automations and workflows that make our sales teams faster and more effective
Partner with sales leaders and marketing to design processes for new initiatives as they launch
Handle ad hoc reporting requests and build custom data outputs that help leaders make informed decisions quickly
Use AI-powered tools to surface, transform, and organise data into actionable formats for the sales team
Several years of experience working in a revenue, marketing, or sales operations function within a sales organisation, with hands‑on involvement in tools and process management.
Strong Salesforce (or similar CRM) competencies; including a solid understanding of data models, building automations/ flows, and sales process configuration.
Comfort analysing data and building dashboards or reports that translate raw information into clear insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, pivot quickly when priorities shift, and stay organised under pressure.
A naturally curious approach to technology, with a track record of picking up new tools quickly and identifying where processes could be smarter or more efficient.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Administrator or Platform App Builder) and experience with tools like Gong, LeanData, Nooks, or Chili Piper are a plus.
