Job summary

NessCampbell Crane + Rigging, Inc. in Hillsboro, OR seeks a Revenue Supervisor to lead the Revenue and Accounts Receivable teams, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and timely invoicing.

The role focuses on identifying discrepancies and driving improvements across billing and collections. You will coach AR staff, verify monthly billings, maintain the AR aging report, and support month-end closes with related reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• Experience in construction-related business practices.
• Advanced Excel with Power BI familiarity.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise billing, AR, and collections team.
• Verify monthly billing completeness and streamline reporting.
• Verify allocations against company principles.
• Monitor job statuses and finalize billings.
• Maintain AR Aging Report and coordinate collections.
• Assist in month-end reports (WIP, Sales Incentives).
• Cross-train on AR functions and suggest improvements.
• Perform analyses and cleanup projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
