vCluster Labs is seeking a Revenue Operations Engineer to design automated GTM pipelines, enrichment workflows, and AI agents that surface the right accounts to sales and SDRs. You will own the EMEA GTM stack, from Salesforce workflows to integrations linking HubSpot, Notion, and Slack, while ensuring data quality and scalable automation.
The role requires hands-on Clay experience, Salesforce admin skills, and a passion for building production-grade AI-driven processes across CRM ecosystems.
As a Revenue Operations Engineer at vCluster Labs, you aren't just keeping the CRM tidy; you are building the automated engine that tells our sellers which accounts matter and why. You will design Clay pipelines, enrichment workflows, and AI agents that surface the right accounts to sales and SDRs, and you will make sure they keep working long after launch. You own the GTM stack for our EMEA team, from Salesforce workflows to the integrations that tie HubSpot, Notion, and Slack together.
Account intelligence and enrichment: You will build and extend Clay tables, enrichment, and discovery pipelines that find new accounts and surface the right ones to sales and SDRs. You will push the tool well past its current setup and get the full value out of it. AI agents and automation: You will turn manual GTM workflows into automated ones using agents in Clay, Salesforce, and Claude. You build them to run end to end and stay useful, not to demo once and break a month later. Data quality that stays clean: You will design repeatable processes that keep account and contact data accurate over time. When a cleanup happens, it happens once, and the workflow behind it prevents the mess from coming back. Scoring and top-of-funnel signals: You will own account and MQL funnel scoring and the signal workflows that route intent to the right seller at the right time. Systems and integrations: You will build Salesforce workflows and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Momentum, Chili Piper, Notion, and Slack. When a new tool or feature beats what we built six months ago, you will make the call to replace it. EMEA RevOps support: You will own the RevOps ticket queue during EMEA hours, partnering with our US-based RevOps teammate for follow-the-sun coverage. That includes helping reps with live opportunity questions, not only systems work.
We're the #1 platform for AI infrastructure, trusted by the world's fastest-growing AI cloud builders. We're a venture-backed startup that's raised over $28M from top-tier investors including Khosla Ventures (first investor in OpenAI, GitLab, Stripe, and DoorDash), and we're in a hyper-growth phase looking for motivated people to join our team. Our headquarters are in San Francisco (Salesforce Tower), but our team is distributed around the globe with a remote-first culture. We give AI Cloud providers and AI factories a hyperscaler-like experience on their own GPU infrastructure. Our platform runs the full stack an operator needs, from bare metal provisioning and node lifecycle management up through managed Kubernetes, Slurm, Ray, and inference clusters, so they can turn raw GPUs into cluster products they can sell in days instead of spending 12+ months building it themselves. Today we power over 100,000 GPUs and 1 million CPUs across 50+ AI clouds and Fortune 500 companies, backed by a team of 40+ infrastructure engineers who build alongside our customers rather than just shipping them software. We're the company behind vCluster, the open source technology for tenant isolation on Kubernetes, with 11,000+ GitHub stars and 40M+ tenant clusters created since 2021. Open source is part of our DNA. At KubeCon North America 2025, we launched our Infrastructure Tenancy Platform for AI, a Kubernetes-native framework built for running AI, ML, and GPU-intensive workloads anywhere, with an NVIDIA-validated reference architecture for DGX systems.
