Job Summary

The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for proactively identifying revenue leakage, charge capture opportunities, and reimbursement optimization initiatives across the health system. Through data analysis, auditing, reporting, and collaboration with operational departments, this role ensures that services provided are accurately documented, charged, and reimbursed while supporting overall revenue integrity goals. The position works closely with Chargemaster Coordinators but maintains a distinct focus on revenue performance monitoring, audit activities, and operational process improvement.

Job Details And Requirements

Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)

Typical hours for this position: Monday-Friday, Day Shift 8:00am-4:30pm

Remote work

Will ONLY consider candidates from the following states: MO, IL, TN and AR

Minimum starting salary: $46,000/annually

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- required

Certification/Licensure

• Professional certification such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP), or other revenue cycle, coding, or billing-related certification- preferred

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any healthcare-related field or four (4) years of direct revenue cycle experience- required
