Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field; OR five (5) years of leadership experience in a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare experience with progressively increasing areas of responsibility in performance improvement, project management, or staff management

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams through design and implementation of initiatives focusing on people, process, and technology changes
• Perform technical analysis and facilitate multi-disciplinary root cause analysis of edits and denials
• Utilize Epic optimization knowledge to implement identified initiatives and workflow processes
