Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Info Systems or similar preferred.
• Willing to certify or graduate within 12 months; Epic certification preferred within one year.

Responsibilities

• Support third party systems; maintain, troubleshoot and liaison to vendor.
• Develop, test and validate application changes per procedures.
• Design and run reports; analyze outcomes to identify trends and ensure data integrity.
• Provide user training and support for PFS/Rev Cycle staff.
• Collaborate with UC Health IS&T and vendors on system upgrades and implementations.
