Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking a Billing Support professional to assist the Billing and Charge Entry Units. The role provides escalation, review and correction of billing issues and supports the Revenue Cycle Department to ensure accurate claims and safe patient care.
Strong data entry, communication and organizational skills are essential. Preferred candidates have 3–5 years in a hospital or physician practice setting and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Provides support to the Billing and Charge Entry Units by escalating, reviewing and correcting issues related to billing. Gives support to the Director, Manager and Revenue Cycle Department. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
